Bohemia London is run and owned solely by myself so every order is made from scratch and to comply with any changes or requirements you may need.
Please bear in mind that since all orders are handmade, please allow 4-7 days before dispatch of your item.
I will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as I possibly can, so if you need an urgent delivery please order in good time for any special birthdays or gifts etc to ensure the item or piece gets there on time!
All jewellery items are carefully packaged in branded boxes - the larger items such as the suncatchers and mannequins will be packaged alternatively but with just as much care!
Please note that the mannequin artwork and the skulls take a longer time to create and make, so dispatch times will be approximated by myself once your order is received.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery or wish to proceed with a refund please return the jewellery/item in its original packaging within 30 days of the item being delivered.
After this timeframe you have the right to a repair or replacement for a period of six months thereafter.
Should you require an exchange please get in touch when you receive the item and within the 30 day timeframe as stated above.
As all pieces are handmade, any error on my part is purely accidental and if you are unhappy with your order, I will try my hardest to rectify to a satisfactory outcome.
